Anthea's Principles for Financial Success
True wealth management extends far beyond investments. At Anthea Wealth Management, we take a holistic approach that integrates tax planning, retirement strategies, estate planning, behavioral coaching, and more—ensuring your financial life is aligned with your values and goals.
Financial security and long-term wealth don’t happen by chance—they happen by design. These six principles, combined with our expert guidance, create a disciplined framework to help you achieve financial success.
-
Your financial plan should reflect you. Start by identifying your core values—because when your values are clear, your decisions become easier.
Assess your personal and financial risks, from job security to savings and unexpected life events.
Prioritize your goals with clear timeframes to create a path toward financial freedom.
-
Wealth isn’t about what you earn—it’s about what you keep.
Prioritize saving over spending by paying yourself first.
Max out your retirement contributions whenever possible, and make investing a non-negotiable part of your financial routine.
-
Don't put all your eggs in one basket—diversification helps smooth market ups and downs.
ETFs offer a simple, transparent way to spread risk, while index investing minimizes unnecessary costs and manager risk, keeping your long-term strategy on track.
-
Every dollar saved on fees is a dollar that stays in your portfolio.
Using low-cost index funds ensures that more of your hard-earned money works for you—compounding over time instead of being eaten away by unnecessary expenses.
-
Keep more of what you earn by making tax-smart decisions.
Maximize tax-advantaged accounts, strategically place assets based on tax treatment, and use a tax-efficient withdrawal strategy in retirement to preserve your wealth.
-
Investing is a marathon, not a sprint.
Sticking to a disciplined, long-term plan is the best way to build wealth.
Regular check-ins ensure your strategy stays aligned with your evolving goals.
Stay the course, adjust when necessary, and let time work in your favor.
What does Anthea mean?
Anthea translates to “blossom” in Greek. It is a name borne by Hera, the Greek Goddess of marriage, women and family. Hera’s iconography presents her as a dignified, matronly figure, crowned with a diadem and occasionally holding a pomegranate. The pomegranate is a symbol of abundance, fertility and good luck.
Low cost. Tax efficient. Balanced. Long term.
Start feeling good about the way you invest.
