Management fees are based on an annual percentage of assets under management and are charged on a quarterly basis in advance of services rendered. Quarterly fees are based on the market value of the client’s account(s) on the last trading day of the previous billing quarter. Cash and money market balances are typically excluded from the management fee calculation. If the advisory agreement is terminated before the end of the calendar quarter, the advisor will refund the unearned fee to the client.

Priority Financial Group (PFG) provides infrastructure and support to independent financial advisors. I am a 1099 Independent contractor affiliated with PFG. PFG experts in compliance and technology integration handle all of Anthea Wealth Management’s back-office responsibilities, allowing us to spend time doing what we do best, working with our clients.

Anthea translates to “blossom” in Greek. It is a name borne by Hera, the Greek Goddess of marriage, women and family. Hera’s iconography presents her as a dignified, matronly figure, crowned with a diadem and occasionally holding a pomegranate. The pomegranate is a symbol of abundance, fertility and good luck.
